Hi, I’m Cayli – Teacher, Mum & Planner Enthusiast

I’m a passionate Pre-Primary teacher and proud mum to two identical girl three’nagers (yes… send coffee!). I live in the breathtaking Kimberley region of remote WA, where I run The Functional Teacher from my home in between teaching, parenting, and trying to remember where I left my cup of tea.

As a teacher, I know exactly what we need in a planner, what works, and that one style will never suit everyone. That’s why we offer a range of coiled planners in different layouts, plus our Disc System for teachers who love to truly customise their setup.
