Hey, I’m Jade - Teacher, Coffee Lover & New Owner of The Functional Teacher

I grew up on the beaches of the Whitsundays before moving to Brisbane in 2020 to study. That's where I met my partner Zane, started my teaching journey, and eventually found myself running The Functional Teacher - with Zane keeping everything ticking behind the scenes while I'm the one who can't stop talking about planners.

When TFT came up for sale, I immediately knew it was something special - a brand with real heart, an incredible community, and so much potential. As a teacher myself, I know exactly what we need in a planner, what works, and that one style will never suit everyone. That's why TFT offers a range of coiled planners in different layouts, plus our Disc System for those who love to truly make it their own. I couldn't let it pass, and I am so excited for what's to come.
